Old Manor Mulberry Jam
We have one Mulberry tree at the Old Manor which produces a good crop mulberries - but not enough to satisfy demand for the jam.
Our new recipe combines Mulberries with Redcurrants. The fruits are cooked then sieved to produce a dark red, soft-set, seedless jam packed with flavour.

Old Manor Kiwi Fruit Jam
Grown against a south facing wall in the kitchen garden, our kiwi fruit tree produces masses of small, green kiwi fruits. The fruits are hard when first picked and ripen naturally after just a few weeks in the fruit store. Fresh lemon juice is added to this jam to help it set and it produces a soft green, fresh tasting jam.
