Old Manor Fig Jam

Old Manor Fig Jam is made from Brown Turkey Figs grown in the kitchen garden and against some of the walls. The figs are combined with apples from the orchard to create this subtle, sweet flavoured jam. Old Manor Fig Jam contains no artificial colourings or preservatives.

Old Manor Mulberry Jam

We have one Mulberry tree at the Old Manor which produces a good crop of juicy mulberries - but not enough to satisfy demand for the jam!

This year we've kept the mulberries whole rather than sieving them so it's not a seedless jam but it's packed with flavour and large mulberry fruits. However, because we only have a small amount of fruit the supply of this jam is very limited.

Old Manor Blackberry & Apple Jam (seedless)

Inspired by the traditional english pudding combination of blackberry and apple, this is a great tasting jam full of flavour . The blackberries are a mix of cultivated varieties from the kitchen garden and wild brambles from the orchard. The apples are mixed varieties from the orchard. Old Manor Blackberry & Apple Jam contains no artificial colourings or preservatives.

Old Manor Kiwi Fruit Jam

Grown against a south facing wall in the kitchen garden, our kiwi fruit tree produces masses of small, green kiwi fruits. The fruits are hard when first picked and ripen naturally after just a few weeks in the fruit store. Fresh lemon juice is added to this jam to help it set and it produces a soft green, fresh tasting jam.
